Le Oche is a white wine made from Verdicchio grapes. Aging for 18 months on its own yeasts in the same tanks. Terre Silvate is a white wine obtained from Verdicchio grapes, supplemented according to the vintage by a small presence of Trebbiano and Malvasia, according to the ancient tradition. Refine for about 6 months in concrete tanks. On the nose, delicate aromas of sour apple, citrus, white flowers and herbs. On the palate it is dry, with a pleasant acidity and with the evolution in the bottle it tends to acquire softness and pleasant honeyed and almond tones.

Ventitré Bianco by La Distesa is a wine born from a very complicated vintage characterized by abundant rainfall which led to the widespread development of fungal diseases in the vineyards. For this vintage, La Distesa will be released with only two wines: Bianco twentytre and Rosso twentytre, which collect all the grapes that survived the disease. Ventritre is a fresh and immediate wine, characterized by citrus notes and a great drink. Vinification with brief contact with the skins and immediately in the bottle for refinement.

The “Selva di Sotto” by La Staffa is a fine and harmonious white wine, with a strong and refined personality, the result of the vinification of a particularly suitable Verdicchio cru, planted in 1974, and of a chat between Riccardo Baldi and Carlo Pigini, already director and oenologist of the Colonnara winery in Cupramontana. A Verdicchio that was born inspired by ancient traditions, in which no sulfur dioxide is added during the production process and the must is left to cool with the ancient technique of decanting air. Vinification and aging take place in concrete tanks.

The Rincrocca” by La Staffa is obtained from the best Verdicchio grapes coming from the Castellaretta district vineyard which was planted in 1972. The grapes are meticulously harvested by hand and after destemming and careful pressing the grapes are fermented spontaneously in tanks of concrete. After racking, it ages for eight months in the same containers. “Rincrocca” is a structured but flowing, elegant, fresh wine with a long, slightly savory finish.

Campo delle Oche by Fattoria San Lorenzo is a complex and mineral wine made from Verdicchio grapes. it is a deep straw yellow. Refine for 2 months in cement and 18 months in steel on the lees. The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi "Origini" by Fattoria Nanni is a white wine of great expressiveness and typicality that refines exclusively in steel.
