"Don Carlino" is a white wine made from 100% Pecorino grapes and aged in cement tanks and wooden barrels. The nose reveals hints of ripe yellow fruit, such as peaches and bananas, followed by herbal notes of sage and mint and light spicy hints. On the palate it is fresh and vertical, with a rich and savory texture, mineral and persistent. A wine to love and to stock up on.

The Bianco Damigiana is produced with Trebbiano d'Abruzzo grapes coming from the vineyard "La Salita" located in Loreto Aprutino and managed according to the ancient agricultural tradition by refusing any kind of chemical on the ground and on plants. The wine ages in carboys of 54 liters for the winter undergoing two rackings in the waning moon. It is bottled in the traditional way in early March to allow the malolactic fermentation in the bottle in order to imprison in the glass all the hallmarks of the territory. Bianco Damigiana has golden color, the nose stand out fruity aromas and yellow flowers. The taste is fresh, fruity, enveloping with a good ending.

Eughenos Raggio di Sole from Azienda Di Cato is a white wine that comes from pure Malvasia grapes that come from a small 67-year-old vineyard entirely grafted on site on land. Refine in steel for at least 5 months. It has not been stabilized, clarified or filtered, it has been bottled with the new moon in March to coincide with the solstice. It is a wine with notes of aromatic herbs, wild flowers, honey, licorice root, fine, pleasant on the palate, it is dry and fruity with a slight almond aftertaste.
