Martin Worner's Weiss is a white that nscae from a blend of 7 different varieties: Würzer, Faber, Bacchus, Müllerthurgau, Scheurebe, Riesling, Silvaner. The grapes come from old vines grown according to organic farming, which are located on sandy soils. Whole cluster fermentation and aging in large exhausted wooden barrels. as in the style of Martin. Too bad for the very limited production because its wines are a real delight.

Munjebel Bianco is obtained from a blend of golden greens, carving and fox code from vineyards that grow on foot freely on the slopes of Etna at an altitude of 1000 meters. The fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts, as in the Cornellissen style, and remains in contact with the skins for 5 days. Refinement in 1500 liter containers. Unfiltered before bottling therefore may have natural sediments. Munjebel Bianco has intense straw yellow color. The nose bouquet complex with fruit, herbs and mineral notes. The palate is deep, fresh with a good sapidity and a long side. Wine from the great personality.

Saito by Edgar Brutler is a strong white wine with aromatic herbs aromas obtained from a blend of local grapes that come from old vineyards. The name Saito derives from the Hungarian word "lias" and refers to the original wooden houses in the vineyards, which were called "Sajtohaz", where in the past the grapes were pressed. "O Pando" by La Perdida is a white wine with character, obtained from 100% Godello grapes which remain in contact with the skins for a week in 400 liter tinajas. The grapes come from very old vines which arise on clayey soil which takes the name of O Pando. Refines with the skins for a further 4 months in 400 liter tinajas, old chestnut and French oak barrels. O Pando is a deep and complex wine with enormous vigor. On the sip the mouth is structured, with excellent acidity and minerality. The finish is long and tasty.
