Martin Worner's Weiss is a white that nscae from a blend of 7 different varieties: Würzer, Faber, Bacchus, Müllerthurgau, Scheurebe, Riesling, Silvaner. The grapes come from old vines grown according to organic farming, which are located on sandy soils. Whole cluster fermentation and aging in large exhausted wooden barrels. as in the style of Martin. Too bad for the very limited production because its wines are a real delight.

Carricant is the latest novelty from Alessandro Viola, a white wine that comes from a blend of carricante and catarratto. Aged in fiberglass, it proves to be an easy-to-drink, carefree wine, with hints of citrus juice and the scent of the sea.

A historical wine of the company whose label is dedicated to the very rare gray bat with long ears that lives in the cottage used by the friends of 2Naturkinder in Battana. Freak is a fresh and mineral wine made from Chardonnay and Durello grapes that come from vines with an average age of 40 years. Fermentation is spontaneous and maceration on the skins takes place in terracotta amphorae. Aging in large barrels. Golden yellow color with aromas of elderberry and yellow fruits. In the mouth it is fresh, sapid and mineral with a remarkable drink.

Domaine Jean-Pierre Rietsch's Demoiselle Gewurztraminer is a pleasant and aromatic wine from the French region of Alsace. Aging on fine lees for 8 months in steel. No sulfite added. Petite Prince is a beautifully savory and mineral Valdostan white wine made from grapes that come from old vines that grow perched on the mountain ridge on soils rich in glacial deposits. Munjebel Bianco is obtained from a blend of golden greens, carving and fox code from vineyards that grow on foot freely on the slopes of Etna at an altitude of 1000 meters. The fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts, as in the Cornellissen style, and remains in contact with the skins for 5 days. Refinement in 1500 liter containers. Unfiltered before bottling therefore may have natural sediments. Munjebel Bianco has intense straw yellow color. The nose bouquet complex with fruit, herbs and mineral notes. Saito by Edgar Brutler is a strong white wine with aromatic herbs aromas obtained from a blend of local grapes that come from old vineyards. The name Saito derives from the Hungarian word "lias" and refers to the original wooden houses in the vineyards, which were called "Sajtohaz", where in the past the grapes were pressed. Meta wine is aged in used oak barrels and the other in clay amphorae for a year. Transylvania knows how to amaze with Edgar Brutler's wines.

"O Pando" by La Perdida is a white wine with character, obtained from 100% Godello grapes which remain in contact with the skins for a week in 400 liter tinajas. The grapes come from very old vines which arise on clayey soil which takes the name of O Pando. Refines with the skins for a further 4 months in 400 liter tinajas, old chestnut and French oak barrels. O Pando is a deep and complex wine with enormous vigor. On the sip the mouth is structured, with excellent acidity and minerality. The finish is long and tasty.
