JNK's Rebula is a macerated white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes which grapes come from vineyards that grow on soils made up of alternating layers of marl and noble clays. Rigorously selected harvest and in the cellar the grapes are fermented spontaneously with a 12-day maceration on the skins. Aging for 15 months in old 500 liter barrels. Golden yellow color with intense and complex aromas of dried fruit, honeyed notes and bread crust. In the mouth it is full-bodied, enveloping, rich in minerality, with good freshness and the presence of a light tannin.

The Bianco by Testalonga is a wine that is produced with local grapes and which macerates on the skins for 5 days. The grapes come from old vines grown between the sea and the mountains. The bunches are harvested manually, and in the cellar they are pressed with the feet without destemming. Fermentation is spontaneous with the use of only indigenous yeasts, and maceration on the skins lasts 5 days. Refine in old barrels for several months. A wine that offers mineral and brackish notes, with hints of aromatic herbs, citrus fruits and hydrocarbons. On the palate it is juicy, fresh, and very savory.

The Ribolla Gialla by I Clivi is a light and elegant Friulian white wine. Fermentation in steel tanks without the addition of selected yeasts. Then a rest on the fine lees that goes from six to eight months, and lastly a bottling with light filtration and equally light sulphiting. An aromatically very fine and delicately floral wine that reminds the nose of lemon peel. On the palate it is characterized by a persistent acidity with a salty and savory finish.

The Greco di Tufo Miniere is a white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name from a vineyard located on a clayey-calcareous soil close to the vent holes of the ancient sulfur mines. Aging in steel for 3-4 months and in bottle for 2-3 months. The nose expresses a disproportionate mineral tension and hints of white-fleshed fruit. In the mouth it is vertical, with the freshness and flavor to dictate the speed of drinking, very satisfying, and the alcohol in balance with the acidity.
