Patchwork is a blend of Chardonnay from numerous small parcels, harvested by hand. Malolactic, carried out to soften the powerful acidity, helps create a complex profile. It is an unfiltered and unclarified wine, which presents notes of citrus such as grapefruit on the attack, followed by hints of pastry and buttery due to aging in wood, giving a denser texture.
