"Roditis" is a Greek white wine produced with the autochthonous Roditis grape, with a straw yellow color with golden nuances. On the nose the olfactory profile is reminiscent of ripe yellow pulp fruit, apricot and hazelnut. On the palate it is warm, with an almost oily texture, good freshness and minerality. Excellent when young but beautiful, aged a few years.s.

Michele's new wine is dedicated to the Dutch champion, and the label shows the goal he scored against the Soviet Union in the 1988 European Championship final. It is a wine made from strictly organic white grapes that come from vineyards located at the level of sea. Lazaro di Masiero is a macerated white wine made from 100% Garganega grapes. Spontaneous fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts in ash wood barrels with maceration on the skins for 3 months, and aging in a Carrara marble barrel, followed by bottling without filtration and clarification. A wine with a good structure, slightly tannic, and with a great minerality typical of this very persistent volcanic territory.

Indi is a coplex and fascinating orange wine that comes from a blend of Ribolla, Friulano, and Chardonnay, with a small balance of Riesling. It is presented in an orange-yellow glass. The nose offers intense, rich and complex aromas of candied fruit, with hints of ginger. On the palate it is broad, warm and persistent, slightly sapid, slightly tannic, elegant and mineral. It closes very long.

"Fledermaus Weiss" by 2Naturkinder is a vibrant white wine with inviting acidity, based on a blend of Müller-thurgau and Sylvaner. The Silvaner ages in steel, while the Muller-Thurgau in old large wooden barrels. A historical wine of the company whose label is dedicated to the very rare gray bat with long ears that lives in the cottage used by the friends of 2Naturkinder in Battana. 16 Anime by Vigne dei Boschi is a dry wine made with 100% Riesling. Grapes that come from the Vigna del Pozzo, a 1998 plant, in the high Apennine ridge at 400 meters above sea level, on soils rich in marl and limestone. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for about 30 days, without temperature control. Aging from 12 to 24 months (depending on the vintage) in concrete tanks, then in the bottle, without filtration.

The Coteaux Champenois Blanc "Vin de Comptoir" is one of the few still white wines found in Champagne. "Bye Bye by Petracavallo is a white wine obtained from 100% Fiano Minutolo grapes. Refines for 6 months in steel. Briords Muscadet de Sèvre et Maine by Domaine de la Pepiere is a complex and balanced white wine, mineral and with a beautiful freshness.
