Bamboo Road is the name of the wine inspired by the bamboo canes that surround the vineyard. As per tradition it is obtained from a blend of white grapes; Stefano's ambition is to retrace a journey into the past, when local farmers gathered grapes at full maturity. Intense straw yellow color. On the nose intense aromas of ripe fruit, flowers, citrus and mineral notes. On the palate it is dry, enveloping, pulpy with good acidity and a persistent finish.

The Berette 2.0 by La Ricolla is a simple, genuine and sincere macerated white wine made from Vermentino grapes. Berette, from the Ligurian saying, “Cuanto ti gou leave inse e berette”, or “How long do you leave it on the skins”. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 14 days in stainless steel vats. Aging in the same containers with frequent battonage for 10 months. Fresh and with good salt, it moves smoothly in the mouth, leaving the palate clean, satisfied and inebriated by citrus and mineral aromas. "Monte dei Frati" is a juicy, sapid and mineral white wine based on Vermentino, vinified in steel with maceration on the skins for 48 hours. It has a mineral and Mediterranean bouquet, with notes of fruit, citrus and territorial herbs. On the palate it is tense and fresh, consistent with the sense of smell and persistent.

The Pigato by Rocche del Gatto is a white wine obtained from careful vinification with skin maceration of Pigato grapes from vineyards that rest on clayey and rich in iron soils. It is vinified as if it were a red berry wine fermenting for three weeks in contact with the skins in order to make it acquire the maximum organoleptic characteristics of the grape. After fermentation, a long stay on the noble scum follows.Pigato has a golden yellow color due to maceration. The nose is intense and fresh, with fruity and floral notes. The sip is dry, soft and full-bodied, with excellent flavor, persistent finish with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
