JNK's Sv. Mihael is a white wine obtained from a blend of Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon. The vineyards are located in the small town of Šmihel where there is a church dedicated to San Michele, from which the wine takes its name. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts with a 4-day maceration on the skins. Aging for 12 months in old 500 liter barrels. The Sv. Mihael has a bright golden yellow color and has a rich and elegant bouquet, where hay emerges accompanied by linden flowers, green apple, dried apricot, pear and a distant nuance of elderberry.

The Bianco by Testalonga is a wine that is produced with local grapes and which macerates on the skins for 5 days. The grapes come from old vines grown between the sea and the mountains. The bunches are harvested manually, and in the cellar they are pressed with the feet without destemming.
