“Aurora” by I Vigneri is a splendid elegant and mineral wine made from local white grapes. Its name, "Aurora", that is Alba, also indicates a small and graceful butterfly native to Etna, represented on the label and at risk of extinction. After harvesting by hand, spontaneous fermentation takes place in steel vats using only indigenous yeasts. Subsequently it refines in the same containers for several months.

The Bianco R of Le Coste is a "Riserva" produced with the best company white grapes picked at full maturity, after being de-stemmed they ferment in contact with the skins in open French oak vats for about 3 weeks. Daniele Piccinin's Larion is a fresh wine with an irresistible sip composed of Chardonnay and Durella which come from the vineyards of Ceng iel le, Ceng iel le alte, Pollini bassa, and Verzini.
