Terpin's Quinto Quarto Bianco is a macerated white wine that expresses the magnificent Collio area in a genuine and sincere way. After manual harvesting, fermentation is spontaneous in the cellar with maceration on the skins for 5 days. Aging in steel tanks continues for eight months. It has a golden yellow color. Intense and ample aromas on the nose in which fruity and floral, balsamic and mineral nuances stand out. The sip is warm, pulpy, with good freshness and flavor. Long and refreshing finish.

Ronco Severo Friulano is a macerated white wine of remarkable structure obtained from Friulano grapes in purity. It is presented with a golden yellow color. Kaplja is a white wine of strength and personality that comes from a blend of Chardonnay, Friulano and Istrian Malvasia grapes. Refine and rest for 23 months in large oak barrels. On the nose a great complexity of aromas, a rich bouquet of fruit, aromatic herbs, hints of beeswax, almonds, and black tea. The taste is full-bodied, enveloping, warm, with great persistence. A white wine with the characteristics of a red wine.

Ribolla Gialla by Damijan podversic is an elegant and full-bodied orangewine that comes from the grapes of the same name that come from the vineyard located on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for another 6 months before being put on the market. An amber-yellow colored wine with a complex nose of ripe fruit, hints of almond paste and resinous balsamic. On the palate it is powerful with excellent acidity and elegant tannic texture.

The Not di Paraschos is a macerated white wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes from the Slatnik vineyard located on marly-clayey soil. On the nose sensations of candied and dried fruit with honeyed notes. In the mouth it is structured, dry, warm with a pleasant freshness and light tannins. Good persistence with a return of the candied fruit.

The Kai by Paraschos is a macerated white wine of great structure and personality obtained from grapes of Friulano in purity. Sacrisassi Bianco is a soft and fragrant wine, intense and powerful, obtained from a blend of Tocai Friulano and Ribolla Gialla. It ages for 22 months in barriqeus and tonneaux. Deep yellow with slightly golden reflections. Almond and hazelnut, ripe white fruit, intense and persistent floral aromas draw an olfactory picture of great grip, engaging and suggestive. Even on the palate the taste is full, decided without being excessive in its generous exuberance. Dry and dry as fat and opulent. Powerful and enveloping, it closes in a very long finish thanks to the pronounced sapidity and overflowing freshness.
