Muscadet Sevre-et-Maine is a fresh and saline white wine made from grapes of Melon de Bourgogne. It has a straw yellow color with golden nuances. Esencia Rural De Sol at Sol Airen Rancio is an orange wine with an oxidative style, obtained from Airèn grapes. It has an amber yellow color with orange reflections in the glass. Oxidation plays the leading role in the nose, but also notes of dried fruit, aromatic herbs, spices, salty touches and bird's notes play an important role. On the palate it is dry, with an excellent body, with good freshness and salinity, but its incredible persistence remains.

Pierre Frick's Gewurztraminer is a white wine made from grapes of the same name. Refines for 7 months on the fine lees in oak barrels. Only one filtration is carried out before bottling, which takes place without clarification and with a minimal addition of sulphites. A wine that on the nose has intense fruity and floral notes typical of gewurztraminer with slightly spicy notes. On the palate it is soft, pleasant and fresh.

Pierre Frick's Riesling is a wine made from grapes of the same name from the Krottenfues-Rouffach vineyard located on marly-sandstone soil. The harvest is manual, and after pressing the fermentation takes place spontaneously using indigenous yeasts. No addition of sulfur during winemaking. Aging in oak barrels on the fine lees for six months. No clarification before bottling. A wine that has intense and fine aromas of citrus, white flowers and white peach. In the mouth it is very mineral with subtle acidity and long persistence.

Zagreo is a white wine obtained from Falanghina grapes that come from vineyards that grow on soils of volcanic origin. The vinification takes place in a natural way with only indigenous yeasts in terracotta amphora with maceration on the skins for a very long time. Not filtered before bottling. Zagreo has a beautiful golden yellow color. The nose is intriguing with white flowers and citrus. In the mouth it is full-bodied, complex, savory with a nice sour shoulder.

Entre-deux-Mers Château Deville Chateau Deville is a white wine resulting from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks and refines in the same tanks for six months where it remains on the fine lees. The explosive vivacity of the Sauvignon blends perfectly with the pleasant roundness of the Semillon. It withstands aging very well.

Obtained from Gruner Veltliner grapes, the most cultivated white grape variety in Austria, which come from old vines planted between '58 and '64 in the three most important Crus of the Kemtal Valley: Strasser Gaisberg, Wechselberg and Hasel. The vinification takes place in steel tanks. Aging is 20% in the same tanks and the remainder in large barrels. The Gruner Veltliner has a beautiful straw yellow color with fruity and spicy aromas.
