"Il Bianco" is a wine made from Vermentino grapes that come from vineyards about 15 years of age. The harvest takes place in early September and is vinified in steel with 2 days of maceration on the skins for about half of the grapes. Four months in tanks on the lees before bottling. Sudigiri by Villa Job is a sauvignon-based white wine. The management of the soil and selected harvests allow the Villa Job sauvignon to express all its elegance. Fermentation occurs spontaneously, with the use of indigenous yeasts only and with maceration on the skins for 3 days in open barrels. Refines for 6 months in concrete and 3 months in used barriques. A wine that expresses itself on the nose with aromas of elderberry and nettle, fruity and slightly aromatic aromas. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, elegant, drinkable and with a good final persistence.

Verdeca by Tenuta Macchiarola is a macerated white wine produced with Verdeca grapes, an autochthonous Apulian grape variety. Daniele Piccinin's Larion is a fresh wine with an irresistible sip composed of Chardonnay and Durella which come from the vineyards of Ceng iel le, Ceng iel le alte, Pollini bassa, and Verzini. The vinification takes place with maceration on the skins for the Chardonnay, while the Durella is pressed directly. Subsequently, the Durella ages in wood while the Chardonnay remains in steel on the suspended lees all the time. It is a wine that presents a notable richness of aromas ranging from ripe fruit to floral nuances, from dried fruit to spicy notes. Greko is undoubtedly the most intriguing wine of Menat, born as a challenge to interpret Greco, a native vine with a phenolic maturation difficult to enhance in purity. "Sempre In Due" by Fra I Monti is a white wine aged in amphorae produced from white grapes. The grapes come from a small vineyard of only one hectare with a very low yield, which grows on clayey and loamy soils. The grapes are harvested at the end of September, and in the cellar after destemming are fermented spontaneously in open vats with maceration on the skins for 6 days. After the racking the fermentation in amphora ends without temperature control. The wine is then aged on the lees for 8 months in amphorae. Sempre In Due is a wine with fresh and fruity aromas, with a beautiful body, soft, fresh and sapid. Long enough finish.
