Vino bianco 000172021 by Marco Merli is a wine that is produced using a blend of white grapes that come from vineyards bred with biodynamic methods and grow on clayey-limestone soils. Naturally vinified without added yeasts, it ages in steel for 8 months. A wine that gives the nose fresh aromas of fruit, in particular peach and pineapple, flowers and citrus. In the mouth it is enveloping, elegant, fresh with a good finish.

“Oran-go” of Santa Colomba is not one of those caricatured “orange wines”, with a troubled and impertinent hand, which show a desire for showiness but lack of formal expertise. This garganega vinified in red is born on the Berici Hills and macerates for ten days in cool steel, before refining part in tanks and part in wood. The result is rewarding: a wine with a veiled golden color, which winds between spices and incense, violet and oriental notes. Its floral timbre is found in the mouth, with a chewable but fine and sweet air. Such elegant executions are rare when it comes to “orange” wines!

Pinot Gris Macération "R-M" by Pierre Frick is a rich and complex macerated white wine produced with the grapes of the same name which come from the famous "Rot Murle" cru of the Krottenfues vineyard. Wasenhaus Chardonnay is an elegant wine, with delicate acidity and beautiful salinity, where you can feel the Burgundy experience of Christoph Wolber and Alexander Götze.
