The "Manca" dei Garagisti di Sorgono is a wine made 1005 cannonau grapes. The grapes come from very old vines trained as sapling on white granite soils. The vinification is spontaneous in steel containers and in cone-shaped wooden vats. The aging continues for 12 months in oak barriques. Manca has an intense ruby red color. The nose reveals a bouquet of ripe fruit, with notes of pepper and fresh herbs. In the mouth it expresses a full, elegant, soft body, with a return of fruit aromas. Good freshness and persistence .

Berteru Sas de Melas is a red wine produced with 100% Cannonau grapes that come from the vineyard called "del Nuraghe Sas de Melas". Aging in steel tanks for nine months. The result is a wine swith an elegant tone with a predominance of red berried fruits, which vary from strawberry to blood orange, to rediscover plum, candied cherry and a touch of pomegranate. Scents of aromatic herbs such as sage emerge which introduce the balsamic note of cloves and juniper berries.
