Ramì is an elegant Sicilian white wine made from Grecanico and Inzolia grapes grown biodynamically on red soil. Spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in concrete, it perfectly expresses the terroir's character. On the nose, it offers notes of ripe yellow fruit, flowers, and honey; on the palate, it is soft, fresh, and persistent, with a perfect balance between structure and drinkability.

Munjebel Bianco is obtained from a blend of golden greens, carving and fox code from vineyards that grow on foot freely on the slopes of Etna at an altitude of 1000 meters. The fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts, as in the Cornellissen style, and remains in contact with the skins for 5 days. Refinement in 1500 liter containers. Unfiltered before bottling therefore may have natural sediments. Munjebel Bianco has intense straw yellow color. The nose bouquet complex with fruit, herbs and mineral notes. The palate is deep, fresh with a good sapidity and a long side. Wine from the great personality.

“P21” by Criante is a Perricone-based red wine. 6 days of maceration on the skins, spontaneous fermentation and subsequent aging on the fine lees for 8 months. It offers the nose with hints of red pulp fruit. In the mouth it is pleasantly enveloping, characterized by a nice acidity and a soft and enveloping tannic texture. It closes on the fruit, also excellent persistence..
