Spontaneous vinification and refinement in steel tanks give this wine a freshness and purity that enhance the typical characteristics of Trebbiano. Its golden yellow color is an invitation to explore a complex and elegant aromatic bouquet, where aromas of yellow pulp fruit and delicate citrus scents intertwine. Sketta by Cantina Marilina is a white wine obtained from grapes of Grecanico in purity with the ancestral method. The name means, in Sicilian dialect, young lady, single, today better known as single. The grapes come from vineyards located on the white calcareous soils of the Val di Noto, which give the wines beautiful structures and allow for longer refinements. Spontaneous vinification in concrete tanks and aging for 6 months in the same tanks and then in the bottle for 3 months.

The Rosso di contrada by Marabino is a wine that is an expression of the territory, with sweet tannins and good freshness. Produced from Nero d'Avola grapes coming from different vineyards: Coniglio, Lenza Lungo, Conca and Parrino, each characterized by different types of soil, exposure and slopes. To better understand the potential of each individual vineyard, each parcel is vinified and aged separately. After blending, the wine matures in steel tanks for a year, bottling takes place on the fruit days of the lunar calendar.

Frank Cornelissen's "Munjebel MC" is a powerful and territorial red wine made from Nerello Mascalese grapes that come from vines over 70 years old on steep terraces looking towards Etna. Maldafrica is obtained from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation takes place in underground terracotta amphorae with maceration on the skins. It continues its aging in Slavonian barrels for 12 months. It is a ruby red wine with aromas reminiscent of a Sicilian summer evening: spices, aromatic herbs and capers. In the mouth it is soft, juicy with delicate tannins.
