Cupersito by Casebianche is a pure Aglianico of great texture. The vinification is spontaneous with maceration of 10-12 days, and continuous pumping over the entire period of alcoholic fermentation. Then it refines 12 months for half in large barrels from 20 hl and for the other in tonneau. A wine with an intense ruby red color. On the nose evident hints of red fruit, in particular black cherry and red fruit, notes of licorice, nutmeg and sweet tobacco. body, enveloping, with tannins in evidence, good freshness with a good finish.

Don Fà is an aromatized wine liqueur made from an ancient recipe of the Barons de Beaumont. Only red grapes and black cherry leaves are used for this product. It has a deep ruby red color. Il Mille is a red wine obtained from a blend of Pallagrello Nero, Aglianico e Piedirosso. The grapes come from biodynamic vineyards that are located on volcanic soils. The vinification is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts and the refinement takes place in concrete tanks. It does not undergo either clarification or filtration before being bottled. V For Vittorio is the wine that Ennio and Mena wanted to dedicate to their son Vittorio. Made from white grapes. The hand-picked harvest is painstaking, only the perfect bunches enter the cellar. Fermentation is spontaneous, entrusted only to the yeasts present on the peel. Maceration on the skins in an open vat for 8 days. Then the refinement continues for 10 months in steel tanks. It is not filtered or clarified and no sulphites are added before bottling. V For Vittorio has a golden yellow color. On the nose hints of yellow fruits emerge, with notes of exotic fruit. On the palate it is fresh, well-structured and well balanced. The finish is long and persistent.

Iscadoro di Casebianche is a white wine obtained from a blend of Fiano, Trebbiano, Malvasia from a half-hectare vineyard planted in 1998 on a clayey-calcareous soil. Aging on its own yeasts for 70% in steel tanks and 30% in 500l barrels for about eight months. Straw-yellow in color with golden reflections, the nose has hints of citrus and ripe fruit, with smoky and spicy notes of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is soft and rich in flavor. Long, deep and aromatic complexity finish. A wine of tradition and of the territory, using a blend and a vinification technique used by the farmers of Cilento.

Ognostro, from the local dialect Ink, by Marco Tinessa is a red wine of great power and richness that comes to life from red grapes from old vineyards with an average age of 25 years.
