On the palate it shows good balance despite the prolonged refinement, leaving a pleasant note of sweet almond. Obtained from white grapes, it ages in concrete tanks for 5 years before bottling.

Passito di Pantelleria Bukkuram Sole d'Agosto by De Bartoli is a wine produced with Zibibbo grapes that half are dried on the plant and the other half in the sun. It has a golden yellow color. The nose is an explosion of aromas that go from bergamot, to raisins and spices. The mouth is sweet, balanced and very clean, with a very long floral finish.
