Passito di Pantelleria Bukkuram Sole d'Agosto by De Bartoli is a wine produced with Zibibbo grapes that half are dried on the plant and the other half in the sun. It has a golden yellow color. The nose is an explosion of aromas that go from bergamot, to raisins and spices. The mouth is sweet, balanced and very clean, with a very long floral finish.

The Don Fà is a fortified red wine that comes from an ancient recipe of the Barons de Beaumont. For this product only red grapes and black cherry leaves are used. It has a deep ruby red color. On the nose evident hints of black cherry are evident, spicy and balsamic notes. On the palate it is full-bodied and warm, and elegant with a long finish.

It expresses intense aromas of yellow fruits, honey, dried figs and candied fruit. In the mouth it is sweet, soft but well balanced by freshness.

Passito by Ferrandes is a passito wine made from Zibibbo grapes from 40-year-old vines, which grow on volcanic soils rich in silicates and minerals. Refine in steel tanks for a period of 12 months.
