Florine by Domaine Jean Francois Ganevat is a white wine of great purity, buttery, elegant and with beautiful liveliness. Obtained from Chardonnay grapes from vines planted in 1986 on gravel and gray marl soils. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, it ages on fine lees for four years. It is bottled unclarified, unfiltered and without the addition of sulphur. Should you have the chance to drink a glass of it, know that you are privileged.

Service

We recommend tasting it at a temperature of 8/10 ° in medium tulip glasses. Wine to be drunk immediately but left a few years in the cellar can give great emotions. It is recommended to keep it in a horizontal position in a cool, humid and dark cellar.

Excellent as an aperitif, accompanied by seafood, to try with a fennel cream branzino.
