Himen de Loxarel is a white wine made from 100% Xarel·lo grapes grown in the clay-limestone soils of the Can Mayol estate in Penedès. Hand-harvested and aged in terracotta amphorae, it perfectly expresses the purity of both the grape variety and the terroir. It presents a lemon-yellow color with golden highlights. On the nose, it offers notes of green almond, ripe apple, hazelnut, fennel, and thyme. On the palate, it is fresh, dry, and mineral, with a pleasant savoriness and an elegant finish.

Franco Terpin's IlLegal is a wine macerated on the skins made with "I don't know" grapes that come from an unknown vineyard. Brunello di Fonterenza is a work of biodynamic craftsmanship born from the ancient clay, marl, and schist soils of Montalcino. Vinified with spontaneous fermentations in oak and concrete vats, without any technological control, this Brunello is the portrait of a nature that resists and exalts itself. The nose is deep and sunny: black cherry preserved in alcohol, scorched Mediterranean scrub, and a bloody, mineral note that reveals its rocky origins.
