The Marnes Grise Arbois Rouge by Guillaume Gilet is a red wine obtained from 100% Poulsard grapes. The grapes are only partially destemmed before fermentation and macerated for 13 days on the skins. Les Oeillets by Jean-Yves is a complex, deep and mineral orange wine, made from 100% Jacquére grapes. Faia by Mai & Kenji is an expressive, complex white wine with excellent acidity.
