Sylvian Pataille's Marsannay Rouge is a 100% Pinot Noir red wine grown on calcareous clay soil. Vinification with whole bunches in steel with maceration of about 3 weeks. The wine then ages for 24 months in barriques. On the nose aromas of red fruits, accompanied by spicy hints. On the palate the wine is deep, silky, velvety. To be consumed in front of a dinner in the company of a group of gourmet friends.

Quartz Blanc by Les Cailloux Du Paradis is a wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on a vineyard planted on soils rich in sand and quartz. The grapes ferment in used barriques, where they then age for 18 months. Upon opening, the nose is timid with light notes of green apple. A little oxygen is all it takes for it to explode with notes of brown sugar, cinnamon, celery, cucumber, and a hint of nutmeg. The palate is vibrant, with acidity guiding the sip, accompanied by notes of white peach and sage. A long finish.

The grapes come from micro-plots located at the confluence of the Arly and Isère rivers, 600 meters above sea level, in the Conflans region, Savoy, where soils made up of shale and limestone predominate. After the manual harvest, the bunches, once in the cellar, are spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts in wooden vats with 6 weeks maceration. Refine for a year in old barriques, no added sulphites, no filtered or clarified

Munjebel Bianco is obtained from a blend of golden greens, carving and fox code from vineyards that grow on foot freely on the slopes of Etna at an altitude of 1000 meters. The fermentation is spontaneous with only indigenous yeasts, as in the Cornellissen style, and remains in contact with the skins for 5 days. Refinement in 1500 liter containers. Unfiltered before bottling therefore may have natural sediments. Munjebel Bianco has intense straw yellow color. The nose bouquet complex with fruit, herbs and mineral notes. Giovanni Canonica's Barolo Paiagallo is made from Nebbiolo grapes from the hectare and a half of the Paiagallo vineyard located between 300 and 400 meters above sea level. Refine in concrete and Slavonian oak barrels of 20 hectoliters for at least 2 years. The Paiagallo is pale red with orange shades. Fine and elegant nose of ripe fruit, spicy notes and balsamic accents. In the mouth it is fresh, full, elegant, almost earthy with well integrated tannins. Very long finish. Only 6000 bottles produced.
