Gaz de Schistes by Domaine Durrman is an aromatic pet nat with citrus scents and a vibrant acidity. The name derives from the schist slopes from which the grapes come. Domaine des Roches Neuves' Bulles de Roche is an expressive and mineral sparkling wine that was born and grown in Saumur, in the Loire, obtained from a blend of Chenin Blanc, 95% present, and Cabernet Franc, 5%. The base wine ages in wood used in which previously passes the Insolite It remains on the lees for 18 months. At sight it shows an intense yellow color.
