Bacen Blanc de Noirs Pas Dosé is a Classic Method sparkling wine made from hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes from the estate's vineyards. Aged for at least 18 months on the lees and an additional 6 months after disgorgement, it expresses elegant notes of wildflowers, rose, blood orange, and grapefruit, enriched with hints of almond, dried fruit, and tobacco. On the palate, it is refined, mineral, and persistent, with a very fine perlage and a long, savory finish.

The minerality in the finish accentuates the freshness.

Bergianti's "Per Franco" is a wine made from Lambrusco Salamino grapes produced with the method of refermentation in the bottle. It was born in memory of Gianfranco Bergianti's gatherings in the village clubs. After the manual harvesting of the grapes, fermentation occurs spontaneously in concrete tanks, with a second refermentation in the bottle.
