Santyuste Vino de Pueblo is a tasty and lively white wine produced with Verdejo from vineyards between the ages of 140 and 200, which are found in four different sites at an altitude of about 800-850 meters, planted on calcareous and sandy soils. It is bottled without fining or filtration and without added sulfites.

Abbatia di Mirlo Mariotti is a Classic Method sparkling wine from Fortana grapes in purity.The degorgement is carried out without dosage and the topping up is obtained from the sparkling wine itself. Weingut Molitor produces different versions of Riesling, and in this case it offers it in an unusual effervescent guise. The Riesling Brut Petillant Naturel is produced with grapes harvested in 2008. First fermentation with only indigenous yeasts, refermentation in the bottle followed by aging on the yeasts for 60 months. It has an intense straw yellow color with a fine and persistent effervescence. On the nose it has a fruity aroma with notes of white peaches and apricots, combined with pleasant sensations of croissants in the background. The sip is fresh and reactive, long and supported by a beautiful acidity typical of Riesling. It closes with a long and clean finish.

Ravarini's Franciacorta DOCG is a 100% Chardonnay, the product of a single vintage, aged in steel, with a stay of at least 30 months on the lees. The Metodo Classico Ma Non Troppo is the latest arrive to Tenuta Belvedere. It is a wine that comes from pure Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes come from a 35 year old vineyard with a yield of 70 quintals. Manual harvest at the end of August and a soft pressing in the cellar. Only 30%, i.e. the must, will be fermented spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. Draft in May and stop on the lees for about 27 months. No addition after disgorging. Pas Dosè type.

Pas Dosè Blanc de Blancs by Alssandro Viola is a Catarratto-based sparkling wine that rests on the lees for at least 20 months before disgorgement.
