Brut Cuveè 36 Nature by Casa Caterina is a fine and elegant Chardonnay based sparkling wine which ages 36 months on the lees. It has a beautiful golden yellow color. Intense aromas of bread crust and evolved aromas of yellow-paste fruit on the nose. Decisive entrance with slightly smoky notes that are accompanied by buttery, fat, full-bodied and very persistent hints.

PSL + Sui Lieviti PLUS by Orsi Vigneto San Vito is a sparkling white wine obtained from two local vines that are fermented in acacia barrels.
