As de les Annèes Folles Ancestrale is an ancestral sparkling wine made from Pineau D'Aunis and Chenin Blanc grapes. Fermented in the bottle, disgorged "la volèe" after 24 months on its lees, zero dosage. Bouquet of nuts (bitter almond, hazelnuts), citric hints of yellow citrus fruits, flint. On the palate it is tense and fine, crunchy and intense, with a pleasant freshness and salinity.

Domaine des Roches Neuves' Bulles de Roche is an expressive and mineral sparkling wine that was born and grown in Saumur, in the Loire, obtained from a blend of Chenin Blanc, 95% present, and Cabernet Franc, 5%. The base wine ages in wood used in which previously passes the Insolite It remains on the lees for 18 months. At sight it shows an intense yellow color. The Cremant d'Alsace by Domaine Durrman is a complex and crunchy wine made from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Gris. The grapes are hand-picked as usual and in the cellar they are fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Refine on its lees for one year in the tank. The second fermentation is done with the addition of must. Bottled without filtration, without clarification and without added sulphites.
