Brut Cuveè 36 Nature by Casa Caterina is a fine and elegant Chardonnay based sparkling wine which ages 36 months on the lees. It has a beautiful golden yellow color. Intense aromas of bread crust and evolved aromas of yellow-paste fruit on the nose. Decisive entrance with slightly smoky notes that are accompanied by buttery, fat, full-bodied and very persistent hints.

It has an intense straw yellow color with a fine and persistent effervescence. The sip is fresh and reactive, long and supported by a beautiful acidity typical of riesling. It closes with a long and clean finish.

Xarel.lo by Clot de les Soleres is a fresh and mineral sparkling wine produced from 100% Xarello grapes, a white grape variety from Catalonia. Spontaneous fermentation of 4-5 days, and then it is bottled with a residual sugar in order to favor the refermentation. Aging on its lees for 13 months, and disgorging in October of the year following the harvest. No filtration or clarification.
