Brut Cuveè 36 Nature by Casa Caterina is a fine and elegant Chardonnay based sparkling wine which ages 36 months on the lees. It has a beautiful golden yellow color. Intense aromas of bread crust and evolved aromas of yellow-paste fruit on the nose. Decisive entrance with slightly smoky notes that are accompanied by buttery, fat, full-bodied and very persistent hints.
Grapes: Chardonnay.
Alcohol content: 12.5%.
Aging: Steel and Fut de chene.

The Crémant de Bourgogne by Gabin et Félix Richoux is a wine produced using Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. Aged on the lees for at least 12 months, we are faced with a product with a good body, which gives the sip an inviting freshness, and an elegant and refined character.

Peter Lauer produces different versions of Riesling, and in this case he offers it in an unusual effervescent guise. Its Cremant is based on riesling and ages on the lees for 20 months. It has an intense straw yellow color with a fine and persistent effervescence. The nose has a fruity aroma with notes of white peaches and apricots, combined with pleasant sensations of croissants in the background. The sip is fresh and reactive, long and supported by a beautiful acidity typical of riesling. It closes with a long and clean finish.

Xarel.lo by Clot de les Soleres is a fresh and mineral sparkling wine produced from 100% Xarello grapes, a white grape variety from Catalonia. Spontaneous fermentation of 4-5 days, and then it is bottled with a residual sugar in order to favor the refermentation. Aging on its lees for 13 months, and disgorging in October of the year following the harvest. No filtration or clarification.

The Fontana dei Boschi is a sparkling wine produced with Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes with the method of natural refermentation in the bottle. In the mouth it is structured, with nice carbon, and amalgamated tannins and a nice finish
