SPARKLING WINES

Crémant d'Alsace Brut Nature by Sylvie Spielmann is a wine from a harmonious blend of different grape varieties: Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and Pinot Nero. It ferments in stainless steel tanks and ages on the lees for at least one year. Not dosed. A wine that at the end of its effervescence combines freshness and good structure with notes of ripe fruit. It is versatile and ideal to be consumed during informal aperitifs.

Grapes: 48% Pinot gris, 47% Pinot blanc, 5% Pinot noir.

Alcohol content: 12,5%.

Aging: 48 months on the lees.

The Reserva de Familia by Clos lentiscus is an elegant and balanced sparkling wine made from Sumoll grapes that ages on the lees for over 24 months. It best expresses the variety and beauty of Catalonia's terroir. The nose is expressed with hints of tropical fruit and citrus, notes of bread crust and hints of almond. On the palate it is fresh, mineral, balanced and of good length.

Abbatia di Mirlo Mariotti is a Classic Method sparkling wine from Fortana grapes in purity.The degorgement is carried out without dosage and the topping up is obtained from the sparkling wine itself. Aging on the lees is at least 12 months. Fine, intense product with aromas of currant and rose. Fresh and savory and persistent.
