The Galvano by Croci is a rustic and pleasant sparkling red wine obtained from a blend of Barbera and Bonarda, produced with the method of refermentation in the bottle. The acidity and tannin balance the structure of the wine. Great drinkability.

Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero by Arcari and Danesi is produced using only chardonnay grapes from the vineyards located in the municipalities of Capriolo and Coccaglio. The second fermentation and aging on the lees last 30 months. No addition of liquer d'expédition after disgorgement. It is a beautiful expression of pure chardonnay. The nose is intense and mineral, with white flowers and citrus in relief. On the palate it is savory, vertical and crunchy.

The Classic Method Pas Dosé Zuffada by Casa Zuffada is a dry, sharp and rigorous wine, of remarkable expressive naturalness. Aging on the lees for at least 30 months. No dosage is used after disgorgement. At no stage of winemaking are sulphites added.
