Franciacorta Brut SoloUva is a fresh, mineral and fruity sparkling wine, produced with the Classic Method with only the addition of must and grape juice, aged on the lees in the bottle for 18 months. Notes of apple, peach and sage emerge from a fine and elegant texture, with good freshness and flavor

Grapes: Chardonnay.

Alcohol content: 12%.

Aging: 18 months on the lees in the bottle.

The Ciro Picariello “Brut Contadino” Sparkling Wine is a wine made from white grapes which is aged for at least 24 months on the lees. It is straw yellow in color with a thin perlag. On the nose aromas of yellow pulp fruits, mineral notes and bread crust. On the palate it is intoxicating with a pronounced acid and savory vein.

Grapes: White grapes.

Alcohol content: 12%.

Aging: At least 24 months on the lees.
