"Surlie" by Mirko Mriotti is a lively and dynamic sparkling red wine that comes from grapes of Fortana in purity. Purplish red color, slightly turbid with a good effervescence. Rosè and The Beast is a bottle refermented wine obtained from red grapes according to the bottle refermentation method. Mea by Matic Wines is a wine refermented using the ancestral method 100% Furmint, a variety locally known as Šipon, is native to the area of the Slovenian part of Styria. The grapes, harvested by hand and selected, are destemmed. The must rests for 48 hours in contact with the skins, after pressing, fermentation takes place in steel tanks. The bottling takes place by gravity. A wine that offers a fragrant, mineral and pleasantly articulated sip. When you can't give up a glass of aperitif, despite the sultriness and heat, Mea is the right compromise between low alcohol content and richness of taste.

The Cuveè Nature Pur Jus by Domaine Durrman is a complex and crunchy wine made from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Gris. The grapes are hand-picked as usual and in the cellar they are fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Refine on its lees for one year in the tank. The Cremant d'Alsace de Raphael by Les Vins Pirouettes is a fresh, agile and crunchy sparkling wine based on a blend of Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, Riesling, Pinot Grigio. Peter Lauer produces different versions of Riesling, and in this case he offers it in an unusual effervescent guise. Its Cremant is based on riesling and ages on the lees for 20 months. It has an intense straw yellow color with a fine and persistent effervescence. The nose has a fruity aroma with notes of white peaches and apricots, combined with pleasant sensations of croissants in the background. The sip is fresh and reactive, long and supported by a beautiful acidity typical of riesling. It closes with a long and clean finish.

The Tunia Sottofondo is a sparkling wine made from white grapes through refermentation in the bottle following the addition of the Vin Santo must. It has a slightly veiled orange-yellow color. On the nose the aromas range from ripe fruit, to hazelnut, and vegetable. In the mouth it has a good dose of acidity, and the bubbles and acidity make the body slightly tannic, excellent drink.
