Domaine des Roches Neuves' Bulles de Roche is an expressive and mineral sparkling wine that was born and grown in Saumur, in the Loire, obtained from a blend of Chenin Blanc, 95% present, and Cabernet Franc, 5%. The base wine ages in wood used in which previously passes the Insolite It remains on the lees for 18 months. At sight it shows an intense yellow color. Atmosphères by Landron is a sparkling wine obtained from folle blanche, pinot noir and chardonnay grapes. It ferments slowly in wooden vats for 15 days.
