The grapes come from vines over 100 years old which are located just 300 meters from the Adriatic Sea. Smarazed is a sparkling wine much appreciated for its freshness and flavor, which comes from a blend of Trebbiano Romagnolo and Malvasia di Candia. The harvest is manual, and in the cellar fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel tanks with maceration on the skins which lasts about 3 days. It is bottled with a slight residual sugar so that, when the warm season arrives, the refermentation starts again, with the much appreciated bubbles. A wine that proves to be juicy, slightly aromatic, thirst-quenching and drinkable.
