The Modri + Sivi Pinot by Aci Urbajs is a rich and elegant macerated wine obtained from a blend of Pinot nero and grigio. It then ages in old Slovenian oak barrels for 12 months before bottling without clarification, filtration or addition of SO2. Only 300 bottles produced.

The Vitoska of Skerlj is a white wine macerated on the skins, fine and mineral obtained from the homonymous grapes that come from vines lying on the karst rocks kissed by the sea breeze. The color is antique gold. The nose aromas are intense and complex, with a fragrant fruity aroma of ripe fruit, in which incenses of incense and minerals are mixed. The mouth is sapid, mineral, supported by a vibrant vein of acidity. Long and persistent finish. Exemplary bottle, magnificent.

"Sancho Panza" is a macerated white wine produced from Fiano with a long maceration on the skins. The nose gives aromas of citrus, hay, yellow berry fruit on a background of dried fruit. On the palate it is deep and endowed with an energizing freshness.
