Ottocento Bianco is a maceration wine obtained from a blend of Malvasia Istriana, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 10 days. Aging of 12/14 months in large oak barrels follows. A wine with an amber yellow colour. The nose reveals aromas of fruit, with notes of resin and balsamic. On the palate it is warm, fresh, powerful and mineral, infinite.

Nando's Jakot Black Label is a deep, complex and fascinating wine made from jakot grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in used 500-liter barrels with one week maceration on the skins. Refine for 18 months in the same barrels. Bottled without filtration.
