JNK's Sv. Mihael is a white wine obtained from a blend of Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon. The vineyards are located in the small town of Šmihel where there is a church dedicated to San Michele, from which the wine takes its name. Spontaneous vinification with only indigenous yeasts with a 4-day maceration on the skins. Aging for 12 months in old 500 liter barrels. The Sv. Mihael has a bright golden yellow color and has a rich and elegant bouquet, where hay emerges accompanied by linden flowers, green apple, dried apricot, pear and a distant nuance of elderberry.

No Name (Mlecnik has not given a name to the wine) is the wine that is produced to replace the Cuveè Anna, which will not be released this year due to the hail and frosts that have destroyed most of the grapes. Non Name is obtained from a blend of 3 grape varieties: Chardonnay, mostly, Friulano and Ribolla the rest. Maceration on the skins for 4 days and aging in large oak barrels of different sizes, from 500 to 3000 liters.

Ribolla Gialla by Franco Terpin is a macerated white wine that ages for three years between wood, steel and bottle. Intriguing nose with mineral notes, citrus nuances, aromas of dried fruit and acacia honey. On the palate it is enveloping, full-bodied, soft , with a good freshness and long persistence.
