EHey! by Amos Baneres is a white wine obtained from a blend of Macabeo and Xarel-lo. In the cellar the Macabeo is pressed directly while the Xarel-lo is destemmed and macerated for 10 days on the skins. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel with indigenous yeasts and subsequently the wine ages for 12 months with the Xarel-lo in wooden barrels and the Macabeo in steel. A wine that offers fruity hints of peach, citrus aromas and notes of anise, and does not lack lightness and freshness.

The WAW Come Prima by Esencia Rural is a rosé wine macerated in terracotta amphorae of the typical varieties of La Mancha harvested and vinified together. The nose is balsamic with marked notes of eucalyptus and mentholated; on the other hand, pleasant spices such as black pepper arrive in the mouth. However, it is fresh with a volatile acidity present to give dynamism and drinkability.

The Tragolargo Blanco is a wine from Alicante and produced with Moscatel and Malvasia grapes that are vinified spontaneously with a period of maceration on the skins. It is presented to the glass of a yellow color tending to orange. Nose that stands out for its delicious orange peel notes, which balance deliciously with the floral tones of the Moscatel grape. On the palate it is soft and of good freshness which makes it wonderful with food.

"Benimaquia Tinajas" is Spanish orange wine that comes from grapes of Moscatel, and is vinified in amphorae. It has an amber yellow color. On the nose the aromas of yellow pulp fruit, Mediterranean scrub and saline notes are clear. In the mouth it is juicy, pleasant and fresh, full-bodied, and slightly tannic. The Benimaquia Tinajas "by Rafa Bernabe also strikes for the bottle and the transparent label in which it is proposed.
