Zirudela from Al di là del fiume is a wine that comes from the union of the most authentic native white grape varieties of the Bolognese Hills: Albana, Grechetto gentile and Montuni. The peculiarity of the processing lies in the whole cluster maceration, in steel, of albana, the main grape variety of this wine. A wine accessible every day, pleasant, fragrant, with a light structure that can be combined with many first courses, fish, vegetables and white meats.
