Shun Minova's Jai Guru Deva is a wine that impresses with its aromatic note and light tannic texture. Obtained from a blend of white grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks with maceration on the skins for one month and aging partly in old acacia barrels and partly in steel.
