Baccabianca is an elegant and structured wine produced with white grapes. The grapes are harvested in September and in the cellar they are vinified with spontaneous fermentations and with long maceration on the skins that can last up to 90 days. Refine in steel tanks. The Baccabianca is amber in color. The nose refers to herbaceous and hay sensations, honeyed, with hints of hazelnut. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, tonic, with a marked structure and with a remarkably long finish.
