Saito by Edgar Brutler is a strong white wine with aromatic herbs aromas obtained from a blend of local grapes that come from old vineyards. The name Saito derives from the Hungarian word "lias" and refers to the original wooden houses in the vineyards, which were called "Sajtohaz", where in the past the grapes were pressed. Meta wine is aged in used oak barrels and the other in clay amphorae for a year. Transylvania knows how to amaze with Edgar Brutler's wines.
