Le Monade di Enoz - Masseria Torricella is a Fiano-based white wine produced entirely in amphora, from vinification to aging, with maceration on the skins for eight days. Gravner's Ribolla Gialla is an orange wine that goes beyond any convention and pre-established scheme, obtained from the grapes of the same name which is vinified in Georgian amphora with long maceration and aged in barrels for 6 years.
