Franco Terpin's IlLegal is a wine macerated on the skins made with "I don't know" grapes that come from an unknown vineyard. A crazy wine which is striking for its magnificent coppery yellow colour, for the fragrant fruity and floral aromas, for the rustic freshness and for the soft and light tannic texture. Left to mature for a few months in large wooden barrels, before being bottled without filtration or clarification. A wine that expresses the territory with strength and personality.

The Slatnik is an intense golden yellow color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular peach and apricot, with notes of chocolate and floral scents. On the palate it is ample, opulent, greedy, slightly tannic, elegant and mineral. It closes long on notes of fruit.

JNK's Rebula is a macerated white wine obtained from the homonymous grapes which grapes come from vineyards that grow on soils made up of alternating layers of marl and noble clays. Rigorously selected harvest and in the cellar the grapes are fermented spontaneously with a 12-day maceration on the skins. Aging for 15 months in old 500 liter barrels. Golden yellow color with intense and complex aromas of dried fruit, honeyed notes and bread crust. In the mouth it is full-bodied, enveloping, rich in minerality, with good freshness and the presence of a light tannin.

Cinqueterre by Possa is a macerated white wine obtained from the regional varieties Bosco and Albarola. Refine for eight months in small oak barrels. Straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose has fruity, citrus, saline and Mediterranean notes. In the mouth it is fresh, medium-bodied, with a savory finish.

Jakot is an intense orange wine with aromas of almond, tropical fruit, followed by spicy notes. In the mouth it is broad, of extraordinary complexity, balanced and fresh. Obtained from Friulano grapes, it ages in 25/35 hl oak barrels for approximately 40 months. A splendid portrait of the Collio of one of the fathers of Italian wine without artifice.

Esencia Rural De Sol at Sol Airen Rancio is an orange wine with an oxidative style, obtained from Airèn grapes. It has an amber yellow color with orange reflections in the glass. Oxidation plays the leading role in the nose, but also notes of dried fruit, aromatic herbs, spices, salty touches and bird's notes play an important role. On the palate it is dry, with an excellent body, with good freshness and salinity, but its incredible persistence remains.

Movia's Rebula White Label is a fragrant, refined and highly elegant white wine. Fuorizona by Davide Gaggiola is a white wine obtained from Istrian Malvasia grapes that come from a hectare of vineyard located between Zugliano and Vipolze (Goriska Brda) where there are plants with an average age of 60 years. Manual harvest of the grapes, and spontaneous fermentation in the cellar with maceration on the skins of variable duration based on the characteristics of the grapes and the vintage (on average about 4-6 days). The wine then rests in cement tanks or wooden barrels. Fuorizona is a smooth and versatile wine. Certainly an expression of sincere and authentic Istrian Malvasia. Yellow fruit and vegetation open immediately on the nose, then in the mouth arrive quick minerality and flavor supported by a right body and a tonic and pure matter.

"Diletto #3" by Nevio Scala is an elegant white wine produced exclusively with Garganega grapes. Its particular processing involves three distinct steps: fermentation in cement, in steel in contact with the skins and finally in acacia wood vats. This combination of techniques gives the wine a strong character, with an engaging and complex drink.

“Oran-go” of Santa Colomba is not one of those caricatured “orange wines”, with a troubled and impertinent hand, which show a desire for showiness but lack of formal expertise. This garganega vinified in red is born on the Berici Hills and macerates for ten days in cool steel, before refining part in tanks and part in wood. The result is rewarding: a wine with a veiled golden color, which winds between spices and incense, violet and oriental notes. Its floral timbre is found in the mouth, with a chewable but fine and sweet air. Such elegant executions are rare when it comes to “orange” wines!
