Danger 380 Volts is a sparkling white wine obtained with the method of refermentation in the bottle based on a blend of Muller Thurgau, Neuburger and Muscat. Spontaneous fermentation in wooden barrels of 600 liters for 2 months. Then it is bottled. Spontaneous refermentation in the bottle in spring with the arrival of the first hot ones. Unfiltered wine, without added sulfts.

Forks'n'Knives Red is a red wine based on Pinto Nero that comes from Moravia, Refines for a few months in used wooden barrels. On the palate it is warm, medium-bodied, balanced, soft, with excellent freshness.
