Helena is a sparkling wine refermented in the bottle obtained from a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Sankt Laurent grapes. It is produced by Dlúhé Grefty, a Czech company led by Jaroslav Tesařík who together with his family grow about 1.5 hectares of vineyards in Mutěnice and produce around 5,000 bottles of wine every year. Helena is a real bomb, fresh and fragrant, it is advisable to be careful when it is opened. An excellent wine for the whole meal, to drink at least 10 glasses, no 100..but maybe even 1000!

Forks'n'Knives Red is a red wine based on Pinto Nero that comes from Moravia, Refines for a few months in used wooden barrels. Fruity hints of cherry and raspberry are perceived on the nose, followed by aromas of jasmine, earthy notes and a hint of chalk. On the palate it is warm, medium-bodied, balanced, soft, with excellent freshness.
