Danger 380 Volts is a sparkling white wine obtained with the method of refermentation in the bottle based on a blend of Muller Thurgau, Neuburger and Muscat. Spontaneous fermentation in wooden barrels of 600 liters for 2 months. Then it is bottled. Spontaneous refermentation in the bottle in spring with the arrival of the first hot ones. Unfiltered wine, without added sulfts.

Alba Rosales by Dluhe Grefty is a fruity and floral white wine from the Czech Republic based on Gewurtztraminer, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc. Fermentation with the skins for 3 weeks, then aging in used oak barrels of 225 liters. Zero added sulphites, and unfiltered. Very drinkable with good complexity and a long and persistent finish. Delight.

Helena is a sparkling wine refermented in the bottle obtained from a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Sankt Laurent grapes. It is produced by Dlúhé Grefty, a Czech company led by Jaroslav Tesařík who together with his family grow about 1.5 hectares of vineyards in Mutěnice and produce around 5,000 bottles of wine every year. Helena is a real bomb, fresh and fragrant, it is advisable to be careful when it is opened. An excellent wine for the whole meal, to drink at least 10 glasses, no 100..but maybe even 1000!

Forks'n'Knives Red is a red wine based on Pinto Nero that comes from Moravia, Refines for a few months in used wooden barrels. Fruity hints of cherry and raspberry are perceived on the nose, followed by aromas of jasmine, earthy notes and a hint of chalk. On the palate it is warm, medium-bodied, balanced, soft, with excellent freshness.
