The "Ghazii" by Silvio Messana is a wine obtained from red grapes with the method of refermentation in the bottle. Intense on the nose with fruity and citrus notes, it is a rich, juicy and seductive wine, to be chosen over and over again.

The Tunia Sottofondo is a sparkling wine made from white grapes through refermentation in the bottle following the addition of the Vin Santo must. It has a slightly veiled orange-yellow color. On the nose the aromas range from ripe fruit, to hazelnut, and vegetable. In the mouth it has a good dose of acidity, and the bubbles and acidity make the body slightly tannic, excellent drink.
