For the creation of the Champagne Extra Brut "Bistrøtage B.11 Rosé Affinage prolonge", Charles collected the grapes from the vineyards owned by his mother Francoise Martinot, which is why both names are listed on the label. The "Bistrøtage B.11 Rosé Affinage prolonge" is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. One year of aging 50% in neutral oak barrels, and 50% in steel tanks. It is rosé Champagne with a predominantly fruity and mineral aromatic profile. The sip is fresh and dynamic, but very soft. Elegant and pleasant to drink.
